Checking in Google maps for client's address will no longer be necessary. Just make sure that it is not one of the below:

-City and state only

-State and country only

-City only 

-PO Box

-anything else similar to the above. Please base it on your good judgment and practical wisdom.

 

Exception: if the client provided 2 IDs and the incomplete address, please approve and email the client to request updating the complete residential address. If no response after 48 hours, set the account to RO(if no open trades), request close only to Ops if there are open trades.

 

(DJ and Ops will continuously investigate on the accounts and if they find something on the client's address, then they will just let us know and provide instructions).
