We can accept photocopy (black and white) of documents given that they are certified true copy with the stamp visible.
Example:
1 Passport certified copy + 1 BC certified copy = APPROVED.

1 Passport certified copy + 1 BC NOT certified copy = DECLINE and ask for an alternative to the BC.
