1. Please open a new tab for all your pending tickets

Filters:
All My Pending Tickets
Agents Include: Me
Status Include: All unresolved

 Click Save

This way you will be able to see the tickets you raise and do the needful if it is still in your bucket after 24 hours. 

Follow-up needs to be done within the next 24 hours , after 2nd follow up - no response from the client - Close the ticket and put in summary

 

2. FD time is PH time. When snoozing tickets, please follow PH time

 

3. Create a ticket when raising to other departments and link the ticket on the summary tab

2nd follow-up - no response -  Close the ticket and put in a summary
 FD time is PH Time

4. Report all tickets that are not reopening so we can check at the back end.
