Process for KYC team only:
Log in to your Sumsub portal and go to the client's profile. Click the pencil icon at the upper right to change the Applicant Level to:
“Prod_selfie” for FM
“Selfie” for GP
Then click on CHANGE.
Once changed, it should show you the current applicant level:
Make sure to refresh the Sumsub page first before you click on “Generate Applicant Link”.
Why? Because the selfie verification links will only work properly at the client’s end if the application status is either “Documents Requested”.
The status can be found beside the client’s name in Sumsub:
