Process for KYC team only:  

  1. Log in to your Sumsub portal and go to the client's profile. Click the pencil icon at the upper right to change the Applicant Level to: 

  •  “Prod_selfie” for FM 

  • “Selfie” for GP 

  • A blue and white background Description automatically generated 

  • A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated 

  • Then click on CHANGE. 

 

  1. Once changed, it should show you the current applicant level:

  1. Make sure to refresh the Sumsub page first before you click on “Generate Applicant Link”.  

  • Why? Because the selfie verification links will only work properly at the client’s end if the application status is either “Documents Requested”.  

  • The status can be found beside the client’s name in Sumsub:

Click the "generate a WebSDK applicant link" to generate the Selfie link to be shared to the client.
