Sharing this tip from Michelle when reviewing POAs through PDF. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the document and untick the "Annotations" to see if the details such as the name, address, dates, or any account-specific information have been edited on the document.

 

Example:

 

When the annotations are ticked, this is the address that shows up on the POA:

When it is unticked, it shows the client's US address in Colorado:
