CLIENT REQUESTING FOR EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGE - WE CAN NO LONGER CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR NOW

>please raise to Ops and cc Amal if client wish to change their email

 

 1.Clients requesting to change email (Brazil IP)

-ask for a selfie and ensure the selfie link will be sent to the email registered on their hub (if the client requested to change their email - raise to Ops and cc Amal) NEVER SEND THE SELFIE LINK TO AN EMAIL NOT REGISTERED ON THE HUB

 

2. Clients requesting to change pw 

-tell the client to go to their hub login page and click on reset password. NEVER SEND A RESET PASSWORD LINK

3. Track all clients on the product cheat sheet (Email Add Change Request tab)
