Please be mindful that what may appear to be real can turn out to be fake. Likewise, what may seem fake can actually be real. Templated POAs
Sometimes the user try to print them out and then scan the document to make it look more 'authentic'. The 'seal' can also be printed to look authentic but is actually fake.
