When reviewing client applications, double check the following personal details and ensure that:

  • Their phone numbers does not belong to a blocked country.
  • Their address does not belong to a blocked country.


IF their phone number or residential address is in a blocked country and you believe this is a mistake or typo. Please contact the client to confirm and update this. Otherwise, decline the application using the appropriate email template.

[Blocked country phone number] The below client's address is in Malaysia, but his phone number country code is from NZ which is a blocked country. While there could be a valid reason for this, we would need to reach out to the client to better understand his unusual circumstances. Where applicable, we would also request the client to update hi contact number to match his location.


Note: 

If you come across a profile with a phone (country) number from a blocked country, another way to verify this is to check their last login IP address.
