When to ask security questions

Request to change any details in the account 

Please note that if the client requested to change his email address, please do not forget to change the email address in MT4/MT5 as well.

Request to change Leverage

Note: If the client forgot the security question ask for the last product traded or latest withdrawal and deposit transaction.
