When you make a deposit and a conversion has taken place, the rate used will come from the payment provider used. These often have markups on them as determined by the payment provider and something Fusion Markets has no control over.

These rates are often compared to the spot rates seen on Google or sites such as xe.com. As these are spot rates (without spread), they should be considered indicative only and are not typically a fair comparison for OTC transactions.

We always follow the conversion via the deposit page. the conversion rate will never be the same as the spot rate from Google or xe.com. every payment provider will set their own conversion rate, and most of the time that involves a markup

Conversion rates from Google is not for over-the-counter transactions, it is only an indicator.
