Account name did not match - Auto Reject  

  • Check client’s account - Check the submitted document for reference  

  • If minimal discrepancy seen on name - Edit Internal Hub and MT4 Manager to match the name - then send for processing 

  • If deemed to be rejected (Mostly for Abbreviated and Joint Account) , Ask Client to submit bank statement of the account used for withdrawal - Put in Pending Item - Endorse and Snooze notification, put comment / notes in Account’s Hub  

  • Once rejected - Advise FYI in MS Teams (General Chat) - provide reason why it was rejected   

  • Email the client separately using help inbox with details of rejection and send the below template when declining the request on the hub.  

 

"Thank you for sending your request.  

Your withdrawal request has unfortunately been declined as the account name field doesn't seem to match your own name. We have followed up with you in a separate email as to what information needs to be corrected so that we can process this withdrawal request for you. 

If you could please review that email and let us know if you have any questions that would be much appreciated"
