  • Check the KYB Sumsub if all requirements are complete 

  • Certificate of Incorporation  

  • Article of Association  

  • Trust Deed (For Trust Account Only) 

  • The List of members/directors/shareholders  

  • Finally, all members/directors/shareholders need to provide proof of ID and proof of address documents also (check if one of the members has an individual account with us, we can use their documents). 


  • NOTE: Only shareholders that hold more than 25% of the business need to provide proof of ID. If a company owns 25% or more, we must also obtain all the documentation for that company. 


  • As confirmed by Compliance at GE, "The Memorandum & Articles of Association is a set of two documents, which in Australia is the same as what is now known as a company constitution."


    Australian Pty corporate accounts may provide the company constitution document rather than the Memorandum & Articles of Association.

  • Once completed, create an account in the internal hub. Please be mindful if it's opened under VFSC or ASIC.  

  • How to create an account on the internal hub 

  • go to the Fusion Hub and open User Management and click on "New User". 

  

  • Put in the correct details and please always remember that for a trust account, on the name field,  it will be the name of the trustee which will be the person/entity of trustee followed by "ATF" which stands for 'as trustee for' and then it will be the trust name.  (eg. Kenneth and Danielle Thiele ATF the Kenneth James Thiele Super Fund). You'll see the type of account and trustees on their application. Please see the images below for reference. 


 












On the email address field, please make sure to use the appropriate email address. If they have an individual account, you may copy the email address associated with that account and modify the old email address (adding characters, etc) as it's important that they'll receive the welcome email from us.  

Take note: If the client's individual account has an active status, contact the client and asked for a new email address that we can link to their new account.  

  • Check Account Currency and Leverage on their application. Please generate a strong password and confirm the IB (if there's one) to Phil.  

Be careful with the password creations and make sure the email on file is correct so the client is sent their welcome email and logins. 

  • Once done, please send the reset password link to the client. Same with a company account, corporate trust account, please always make sure that you have put in the LEI to the MT4 manager if it's an AU client. 

 


After everything was settled, kindly send an email to the whole team with the template below and attach the zip file and KYB Summary PDF form of the client.

Approving additional account  

Personal Account  

  • Once you approve the account. Please make sure that the group code matches the previously approved accounts (especially the risk E/W) 

  • Open the MT4/MT5 manager and check the group codes 

 

Please refer to the image below. Here you’ll notice that the risk for the first account is E. Therefore, all succeeding accounts should also be in E.

Company Account 

  • Once you approve the account, please make sure that the group code matches the previously approved accounts (especially the risk E/W) 

  • Ensure that LEI (if there’s any)  is copied in the succeeding accounts 

  • Open the MT4/MT5 manager and check the group codes 

 

Please refer to the image below for your reference. Notice that the first account contains the LEI number. Therefore, for all succeeding accounts, LEI should be put under ID number and the risk (E/W) should match the previous accounts.

Do we accept company/corporate account applications from Ontario?

We cannot accept company accounts from Ontario. Unless they are classified as ECP.
