Our GER40 quotes begin at 03:15 rather than on the start of the hourly candle:Therefore, it will always show the candle as starting 15 minutes past the start of the hour - which subsequently affects other candles throughout the day. Unfortunately, in MT4 we cannot control the behaviour of the platform in starting each hourly candle with a 15 minute adjustment.
