If you receive a request like this, please do not un-tick the 'enable' button in MT4 as per the below image:
Tick 'Read Only (without trading)' and untick 'Send Reports'. This way the account will not be able to trade and they will not receive any daily confirmations anymore.
Unticking the enable button on the other hand will cause issues in our reporting so it's important this remains ticked even for accounts that are no longer being used.
