"Hi XXX,

We just wanted to reach out as your name has been flagged in our system as a potentially politically exposed person (PEP).

While this is likely to be false positive, from a compliance perspective we still need to check and confirm with you as to whether this is the case.

Can you please confirm if you are politically exposed and what your current place of employment is?

Thank you for your assistance in advance."
