Time Out Error
Time out Error can happen for several reasons, it could be an internet traffic issues or payment gateway server or credit card processor is temporarily busy.
Provide basic TS
Card decline - Caused by 3DS or not
In order to identify if a card decline was caused by 3DS or not, you can locate the TID in Praxis, go to the txn Logs, if the last type update on the PSP logs is " 3ds ", then it means the card does not have 3DS enabled.
