You will know if you were logged in using investor password when the “close, New and Modify Order” was greyed out and it says “Investor” on the upper right corner of your screen when you were on the settings area. Photo below for your reference.
Just make sure that you were logged in using your real password, you can find it on the welcome email that we have sent or change your real password to a more personalised one on our fusion hub.
