The numbers you see in the ''Profit'' column of your MT4 are defaulted in dollars based on your account-based currency. If you want to change to Pips or if you want to make sure that it is in dollars, please go to the ''Trade'' tab on the platform, right-click on the blank space then check which one was ticked. You can choose your preference in this tab.
What do the numbers mean in the "profit" column? I understand this shows my gain and losses. But are the number in dollars or pips? If in pips, how do you compute it and translate it to dollars? Print
