The most feasible solution here is to request that the client sign up for a new client profile via the AU hub. 

We can proceed with closing their EN hub account.

With regard to the new AU profile - they can either use a new email address to sign up or use their existing email.

If they do decide to use the current EN hub email - we will need to edit the email address on the EN profile with "+todelete" to avoid a duplicate email error when signing up.
