These fees are part of the transaction process on the blockchain and are necessary to incentivize miners to confirm and include the transaction in the blockchain. Unfortunately, these fees are determined by the cryptocurrency network’s protocol and are beyond our control, meaning we cannot alter or influence them.
Please inform the client that mining fees are a standard component of cryptocurrency transactions, dictated by the blockchain network, and are not set by our platform.
