  • Once the email was received, tag under your name and move it to the VPS folder.

We’ve Refunded Your VPS Fees

  • Once the email was received, tag under your name and move it to the VPS folder.

Oops, we couldn’t debit your VPS Fees

  1. Double Check " Debiting Date" and Snooze the email same time.
  2. After snooze, check the account if it has funds already. It can be checked via the MT4/MT5 manager. Please refer to the image below as an example.

If there are still no funds, please cancel. It can be cancelled in the hub > User Management > VPS users

Note: If the client funded their account, it will automatically be debited but as per Phil, snooze the next day to check if funds were debited. 

 


Your Virtual Private Server Confirmation: 

  1. Go to the hub and open the User Management tab
  2. Search for the clients' name/login in VPS users and click "Generate VPS"
  3. It will generate an email for the VPS provider and it will take 3 to 5 hours for the client's VPS to be activated.


For MT5, tick "Enable VPS hosting on the manager.

Your Fusion+ Account Has Insufficient Funds:

  1. Double Check " Debiting Date" and Snooze the email same time.
  2. After snooze, check if the client already funded or not. Check account debiting date.
  3. If still with no funds – Cancel the copier on date of debiting date  

 

ASIC Migration:

 

When clients migrate their account from EN to AU, we will receive an email on the Help mailbox with the subject “User requested account migration”. See the image below.

  1. Send email to the client with the template below:  

Dear XXX, 

We have received your request to migrate from our Vanuatu license to our ASIC license. We want to ensure you are aware of the leverage changes ASIC has placed on all retail traders, such as yourself.  

These new regulations mean that leverage is reduced to as low as 30:1 on Forex pairs, as well as the stop-out level rising to 50% margin. These requirements mean increased equity will have to be held in order to open and keep positions. 

The only way to avoid such changes under our Fusion Markets entity is to register yourself as a Pro trader which would require you to submit proof that you have lengthy trading experience in Forex.  

If you still wish to migrate to our other entity licensed under ASIC please reply to this email.

  1. Forward email notification to OPS and send FYI (We have already explained that we have already explained the Leverage Changes to the client)  
  2. Once the client acknowledges and agreed to said email – Forward response to OPS 
  3. IF the client agrees – OPS will approve the request on the hub. 
  4. IF client disagrees – Client needs to migrate back to EN – Advise client to click migrate option in Hub 

 

 

Approve Affiliate: 

  • When clients created a link for RAF ( Refer a Friend / reduce fees)  , we will receive an email on the Help mailbox with the subject “Approve affiliate account ”. See the image below.

  1. Once email was received, check email address.
  2. Go to CellExpert > Pending Affiliates> Copy and Paste the client’s email address on Search tab
  3. Click approve on Action tab
  4. Once Approved:  Go to Search Affiliate and change affiliate group to RAF2020
