Changes to Credit Cards Withdrawals
Hi << Test First Name >>,

We are writing to inform you that within the next 24 hours (April 23rd 2024), our Credit Card withdrawal option will no longer be available. You are receiving this email as you have used this withdrawal method in the last 3 months.

While this method will no longer be available, our broad selection of withdrawal methods (such as Bank transfer and PayPal) will offer you quicker access to your funds and without the amount limitations.
With this change, you now have the flexibility to choose the most convenient withdrawal method for receiving your funds.
Rest assured, funding your account via credit card will remain unchanged.

What alternatives can I use to withdraw?

There are many options available to you should you wish to withdraw but the fastest one is likely to be a bank transfer. These are processed via Faster Payments Service (FPS), meaning that funds should be available almost immediately once processed. If you are able to submit your withdrawal before 11am AEST you will receive the funds in your account on the same day as opposed to a credit card withdrawal which may take 1-5 days to be received.

Alternatively, there are other popular services such as PayPal which you can choose to use instead.

To see the full list of options, please log into your Client Hub and choose the "payments" tab.

What happens to my pending Credit Card withdrawals?

All pending withdrawals will be processed as normal.

Can I still fund using a Credit Card?

Yes! To fund using your Credit Card, simply log into your Client Hub and click on the "payments" tab located on the left-hand side, and you'll see our full suite of deposit methods, including Credit Card.
