Partner's Portal
The partner portal is for our IB partners and affiliates. This is where they track their clients' trades and commissions. You won't be able to have access to this portal if you are not an accredited partner or affiliate. You can only log in to the regular Fusion hub portal if you have an account with us.

Partner Transfer (new IB portal)
The partner transfer in the Hub is not linked to the new portal in any way, it is only used to withdraw from Cellxpert. They will no longer be using cellxpert as it has been deactivated, so I am going to remove their link to this through their hub.
In order to withdraw from the Fusion partner portal they should log in to that platform and initiate a withdrawal there.
If the client is showing under the old CellXpert portal then it seems like this is working as expected and there is no issues - they are linked up to this IB correctly. If the IB wants the client added under the new portal, we will need to remove the client from their old IB portal first to do this.
Note: You do not need to add "_0" at the end of the refcode for the new IB portal.
