Can I trade on a demo account?  

Yes! If you don’t already have a demo account, you can sign up for one in your Fusion Markets Client Hub. To connect, simply log into TradingView and connect using the Trading Panel as you would with a Live account.



How do I create a TradingView account?

"Access TradingView’s website and click the “get started” button to open a TradingView account. To connect your TradingView account with your Fusion Markets account, follow the below steps: 

1. Log in to TradingView on your preferred device. 

2. Open a TradingView chart. 

3. Open the Trading Panel at the bottom of the screen. 

4. Scroll down and select “See all brokers”. 

5. Select “Fusion Markets” from the list of brokers. 

6. Click on “Open account”. 

7. This will direct you to log in to your existing Client Hub or, if you are new to Fusion Markets, create an account. 

8. Once logged into the Client Hub go to “Accounts” and choose to create a new “Live Account”. 

9. Under Trading Platform select “TradingView”. 

10. Open a TradingView chart and start trading."



How do I link my Fusion Markets TradingView account with TradingView?

What if I already have a TradingView account?

"Not a problem! You can still open a Fusion Markets TradingView account and connect it to your existing TradingView account using the following steps;

How do I place trades with TradingView?

Once you have connected your Fusion Markets account with TradingView, if you have not yet done so, the instructions on how to are here. Proceed to the charts section, select the pair you’d like to trade and place your buy or sell order on the top right-hand corner of the charting screen.



What is TradingView?

TradingView is a charting and trading platform that was originally used as a financial market analysis tool by traders as it offers advanced charting tools, technical indicators and hosts the world's largest social networking features for traders to discuss their trades, market conditions and strategies. How is TradingView different from cTrader and MetaTrader?

cTrader and MetaTrader are downloadable trading platforms whereas, TradingView is a web-based charting tool and social network. TradingView provides advanced charting tools and indicators not only on forex trading but also on commodities, indices, crypto and more. Over 50 million traders use TradingView with over 10 million scripts and ideas having been shared by its users.


Can I connect my MetaTrader account to TradingView? 

Unfortunately, the integration between Fusion Markets and TradingView is completed by opening a separate TradingView account from within the Fusion Client Hub. To do this open a new live account in your Client Hub and select “TradingView” as the platform. If you’d like more details instructions on how to do so, please view them here. 

 

How are TradingView and cTrader related? 

"TradingView integrates with cTrader's backend to facilitate trade execution. This allows traders to leverage TradingView's sophisticated charting tools, utilise cTrader's efficient trade execution capabilities, all while enjoying competitive spreads provided by us, Fusion Markets.


So, you may receive emails from cTrader, they'll even send you login details that you can use to login to cTrader itself if you decide you'd like to try cTrader. You'll receive your TradingView login details from us, Fusion Markets, and those are the credentials you'll use to log into TradingView."

When does the TradingView integration with Fusion Markets launch? 

This integration will be available from the 27th of March. You can create a TradingView account from the client hub.


Can I connect my MetaTrader 4 or 5 Account?

Unfortunately, TradingView is only compatible with cTrader, so you will not be able to connect your MetaTrader 4 or 5 account. However, you can create a cTrader or TradingView account in a matter of minutes.


Where can I see my full account history in TradingView?

To view your TradingView trade history, view the history tab that is located at the bottom right corner of the TradingView screen from here you can filter by filled, cancelled, rejected and all trades.



How can I fund my TradingView Account?

Log into your Client Hub, click “payments” and choose your funding method. Once funds arrive in your account, you’ll be able to trade on TradingView.

Which Fusion Markets account types can I trade on TradingView with?

To trade on TradingView you can only use the Fusion Markets Zero Account type, this means you will experience Raw Spreads.


Can I install an EA on TradingView?

EAs are not available on TradingView as they use different coding languages. TradingView uses its own language, Pine Script to automate trading. You can create your own Pine Scripts, but they can also be found within the headings “Scripts” in the search bar on the TradingView platform. Here you can find various scripts as shared by other traders.



What instruments can I trade on TradingView?

You can trade a wide range of our assets on TradingView, these assets include forex, metals, indices, energy and soft commodities and crypto CFDs.


Are there additional costs to trade with TradingView?

The integration between Fusion Markets and TradingView is free and with no deposit fees, no withdrawal fees and no minimum account size, all you’ll pay is the brokerage on your trades. While the ability to trade on TradingView is free, there are premium TradingView plans available if you are after more advanced indicators and data.

TradingView takes advanced security measures such as two-factor authentication and SSL encryption to protect your data and prevent unauthorised access to the platform or its data.



Is the data on the TradingView charts shown in real time?

All Fusion Markets assets are shown in real-time on TradingView regardless of which TradingView plan you have.

Why is my account not connecting?

We recommend that you check your internet connection is stable and working and that your login details are correct. If it is still not working, please contact the TradingView support team.


How can I transfer funds from my MT4/5 or cTrader to my TradingView Account?

To transfer between trading accounts, simply login to your Fusion Hub and on the left-hand side menu, select ‘payments’ then ‘transfers’ and follow the prompts. Please see this short video on how to do so.


What devices does TradingView support?

TradingView is a web-based platform that can be used on all modern browsers. 


How can I see volume on TradingView?

In order to view volume on TradingView, select the indicator button from the toolbar. The “indicators, metrics & strategies” window will pop up and from there you can view the extensive list of volume indicators that TradingView offers.



"How do I trade through Fusion on the TradingView App? "

We're working on integrating Fusion Markets to the TradingView App but this will not be available for a couple of months. We will be sure to notify you once this becomes available. 



How to make a partial close?

Partial close can be implemented only when the “Instant order placement” mode is disabled. To turn it off, you need to open Settings on the upper toolbar → Trading:


After clicking “X” to close a position, check “partial close” in the confirmation pop-up and select the number of units:


Kindly note that not all broker accounts support partial close. If the feature is not available, this option will not appear on the confirmation pop-up.
