Q: Can clients use two Ctrader Platforms when logging in to different accounts at the same time?
A: It is possible to log into two different C-trader accounts at the same time, however, this would require a second instance of the application. This can be done by either:
- Right-clicking the cTrader icon on your desktop or in your applications folder and selecting "Open" to start a new instance, or;
- Navigate to the installation directory of cTrader (usually in the C:\Program Files directory on Windows) and double-click the executable file to launch a new instance.
Once this is done, there will be two installed Ctrader platforms that can be used with the respective credentials.
