We currently do not offer swap-free accounts on cTrader. As such, we cannot approve any swap-free users from creating cTrader Accounts.

• Before approving any cTrader accounts, please check on the client's hub if they have been approved for a swap-free account. Just to add to this - when approving swap-free accounts, please make sure we note down the approval of any swap-free accounts in the comment section on the client's hub, as shown below. 
• If you have any doubts regarding any comments within the comment section, please double-check by checking the group code of a live MT4/5 account via MetaTrader manager. Goes without saying. Please feel free to reach out to Ops if you have any doubts.

• If a client does have swap-free accounts enabled, please decline the request for a cTrader account. 
• Once the request has been declined, please reach out to the client and let them know that we are currently not offering swap-free accounts on the cTrader platform.
