That would be accurate for the latency to the trade server, but not the execution time.
Execution time is an average of 40ms for all trades.
Latency to the server is the time taken to send messages to and from the trading server, which is as low as 2ms for both types of VPS (MT4/ MT5) .
So just a slight change to the way we are explaining it, if you replace 'execution time' with 'latency' that would be more accurate in terms of the time that VPS runs.
