The matching process for Visa/Mastercard, PayPal and Perfect Money.
For Visa Mastercard, they need to use the same card for withdrawal that was used when they funded the account.
Example:
Card ending 1022 was used for the deposit, then they need to use same card (1022) for the withdrawal. Except when the card is no longer available (cancelled, stolen, no longer active etc.). Different process applies here.

For PayPal and Perfect Money, they can still use this method for withdrawal even if these methods have not been used for deposit.
Example:
Client deposited with bank wire, they can withdraw using PayPal or Perfect Money.
Client deposited with Dragonpay, they can withdraw using PayPal or Perfect Money.
To sum up, matching applies if Visa/Mastercard, PayPal and Perfect Money has been used for deposit. If not, please follow the normal process.

If the deposit was made via checkout or Worldpay, then we will still try to apply the match-back policy due to potential chargeback risks.
