- Cropped but acceptable
*Visible: issuer, client’s name and address, statement coverage date and transactions/charges
*Visible: Client name and address, issuer name, logo, and contact details(for security features), statement date and transactions.
2. Cropped and NOT acceptable
*Visible: statement date, bill summary and service address, but the client’s name is not fully captured. Issuer logo and name is also not visible, but part of the contact is visible-hence can still be identified.
Note: Scenarios are NOT LIMITED to the above. You may still encounter more kinds of cropped documents. If unsure, always ask for confirmation.
