We would like to make you aware of an update to our commission-free trade offer for AU retail clients.
It has been decided that we are no longer going to offer this promotion to retail clients. We are in the process of filtering out all retail clients from this email drip.
In the meantime, we have removed all AU clients from the no-commission trades email drip till as a temporary solution until we figure out a permanent solution to filter out retail clients.
This would mean that we can no longer offer commission-free trades to AU retail clients in order to settle disputes.
