We do not send emails to clients regarding Market Hours changes as standard, instead, these will be entered into the Notification Centre which will appear in the little bell icon in their Hub.

 

Please make them aware that these notifications may expire after a number of months so the December notification may not be available in their hub currently.

 

In addition to this, if they would like to receive emails when these notifications are added by Admins they can go to the "Profile" tab in their Hub and in the Email Notification Settings section select Market Hours Updates, along with any others they might like to receieve, please see this below:
