SEPA deposits are available for EU and other participating countries. You will find your SEPA funding details on your client hub under the payments tab when funding you EUR based trading account. 
 
Please note that the bank details you see are unique to your client account and should not be shared with anyone else.  
 
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the details in which they send funds to are correct and match that in which they see on their client hub. It is always good practice to check these details regularly against the hub to ensure they are correct and that you do not experience any unnecessary issues or delays.

How do I fund with the new SEPA funding method?

To fund your trading account via our new SEPA service, just follow the three simple steps below:

  1. Select the account number you wish to fund and click on "Bank Transfer"

     
  2.  A unique IBAN will be generated for your profile.

     
  3. Send your funds to the details allocated to your account. Receive your funds. Start trading.

    Please ensure that the IBAN you entered on your online banking matches the IBAN provided under your account. Any incorrect IBAN may cause funds to be returned to the sender or allocated to an incorrect trading account.
How long will it take until the funds arrive in my account?

We are working around the clock to deliver your funds to you as fast as possible. The average timeframe for funds to be allocated to clients' trading accounts is within 1 - 3 business days, differences in time are dependent on your bank.
