With Currency Cloud now launching for the majority of the EU countries, we have decided to remove the SEPA method today, and re-direct clients to use Currency Cloud as their predominant bank wire method ( via IBAN ). The countries that will be affected are:

If any of the EU clients reach out regarding the deposit method via IBAN, please advise them to access the "bank transfer" option via the deposit page, and initiate payments to the nominated IBAN accounts ( currency cloud):


 
 An email will also be sent out next week to all clients who deposited via SEPA in the last three months.


Note: Timeframe is still the same around 1-3 business days but funds will be allocated to the trading account automatically, no need to manually allocate. 



Currency Cloud Phase 2

Our Currency Cloud Phase 2 has launched early this week. We’ve sent out emails to clients who performed inter-account transfers in the last three years. We will soon set up a Hub notification for all clients.

 

Our account-to-account transfer costs have reduced from 0.5% to 0.2% - that’s 60% cheaper.

 

How Can I Transfer Between Trading Accounts?

Log in to your Client Hub and click the "Payments" tab.

When in Payments, click "Transfer". From here you'll be able to swap between accounts or create new accounts.

How Can I Create a New Account?

To create a new account, all you need to do is select a currency in which you currently do not have a trading account.

Click on "Create an Account," set up your password and trading conditions, and you're ready to go.
