What is the difference between Pro and retail client?  For your reference, check this link. 

  

  • The main difference is the leverage. Retail client’s leverage is lower (1:30 on major pairs, as per ASIC’s announcement) While Pro clients can still use a higher leverage up to a maximum of 1:500 




 


  

Wholesale and PRO client upgrade 


  • If you go to the clients user management page, there will be a section saying 'unset wholesale status'. This means that the client is currently a wholesale client. 

  • If the client is wholesale, they need to be on the -FW- group rather than the -FP- group. The W being wholesale and the P being pro in the group code. 

  • If the client is registered to both Wholesale and PRO, please use FW as the group code
