How to investigate a trade: 

Step 1 - We look to see if there is anything obvious in the MT4 Manager. Then we check the charts. Was there supposed to be a pending order? Or was it entered in via Market order...  

Right-click in history and go to "Columns" then go to "Reason" that will tell us if it is placed via Mobile, Desktop or Expert Advisor  

 

Always get this information when investigating a trade: 

What happened 

what time 

What ticket number 

What Login 

What currency pair 

What was your expected result?
