Virtual Private Server Confirmation for MT5:
We're automating the process of a sponsored MT5 VPS through the Client Hub.
What is it?
It will automatically debit the client with the $15 USD fee when they sign up for a Sponsored VPS. If they trade the 20 lots, they will get refunded. If they don't, we keep the amount.
What do I have to do?
> Go to MT5 Manager
> Search for the account
> Go to Limits
> Tick "Enable Sponsored VPS Hosting"
Then, email the client to set up the MT5 VPS in their terminal by going to VPS in their MT5 Navigator.
If you have clicked the button for them, they can then see "RENT FOR FREE". If they don't, close and reopen MT5 if you have ticked it and it's still showing. Or contact Help.
What does it look like for the clients?
They will sign the TnCs in the hub and then see an image/lot counter below. As soon as they trade 20 lots in the period they signed up for, it will be refunded to them. If they cancel the next day, they do not get the money back.
