The most important thing about wanting fast execution is that the order is coming from a place that is close to the server. If you're placing the trade from Australia for example, it could take 200ms to reach our servers in the US. This is why some clients will use a VPS in the US where the latency between their VPS and our server will be just a few ms.
Ultimately, we can’t control the client's latency to our server but all we can do is make our execution very fast which we do at 40ms on average
