First check to step these is to have a look at who is linked to the partners IB:
Search for partner > Registration report
From here we can see there is only one active client. Once we search this client in the Hub we can see they are only trading one account.
This accounts last trade on the 4th meaning that they only earned a rebate up and till this date.
Rebates are paid every day for the previous days closed trades. So, he should not see any more payments as the client hasn't traded.
