1. Click on the Trade tab at the bottom left are of the MT4 platform. There, you will find all of your trades, including their entry prices, position sizes, stop losses, and profit targets. 
2. Right-click on the trade that you want to disable and select the “Modify or Delete Order” option. 
3. Then change the level of the S/L or T/P to 0 (zero) and submit the change. Zeroing the S/L or T/P removes it from the current trade. 
4. A dialogue box should appear to confirm that your trade adjustments have been executed.
