We are trying to work on the performance of our Demo MT4 server, it seems to be getting overloaded and thus performance is something we want to try and improve.
If a client requests more than 1 demo account to non-expire we reach out to Ops and ask for approval for this. We are going to start being stricter with how many of these we provide and under what conditions. If they only want one of their account set that is fine to do without approval.
Please inform the client if they request this that you will send it to Ops for approval and that this process has been introduced in order for us to manage the performance of our Demo environment for all clients.
