Which should I choose among your partner programs?
We have several partnership programs that you choose, depending on which one suits you well.
We have introducing brokers, Affiliate program and Refer a friend.
Introducing brokers- is designed for those people who want an ongoing commission for clients that they refer to us.
how do I sign up for an IB? Do I get a special login?
To sign up for an IB. Please go to our Fusion Client hub and complete the information. Follow the instructions on the link below.
Once completed, we will review your application and our partners, or our Sales Team will contact you to discuss details about the IB program.
Once your account has been approved, you will receive a unique link to promote on your website, blog or to friends.
Note: They can link their own accounts, but cannot trade.
Process update - IB client transfers
Before moving any client to an IB, please check if they are a new client (1 week or under), if not, please send an email to Xavier and Ops for approval to move the client over to the IB. This does not apply to any IB that we have set up rules for in the Partners Cheat Sheet
Unlink IB Request:
As confirmed by Ash, it is best to course the unlink IB request to OPS as there are IB rebates that would be impacted if we automatically unlink the account.
How to enable Transfer to Trading Account (New Partner's Portal)
> Confirm if the client has a live trading account with us
> Login to the new IB portal, enable trading account transfers and save changes
***NOTE: Usually it takes about 24 hours for the change to reflect in the clients side Hub so it's always best practice to follow up with an email and let them know.
