Due to the conflict in the Ukraine, the decision has been made that as of now, we will no longer be able to accept clients from Russia and Ukraine. This block will be in place for an indefinite period of time. Russia has been removed from the application form but if you notice that a client is putting a different country on the application and trying to bypass the block, please reject the account.
Please note that we are no longer able to accept Ukrainian clients either.
The country has been removed from the 'select country list'. If you see an application from this region or from someone that is trying to bypass the restriction, please do not approve the account. It cannot be accepted on compliance grounds.

What we had intended for legacy clients from restricted areas is that they can continue using their existing accounts, but no new or additional accounts should be created.
Once they go dormant, we may disable the user and not let them deactivate the account. This is so that over time we can get rid of the clients from restricted areas, but without impacting them too much
