How To Fund via Dragon pay?

You may use Dragon Pay in funding your account as it is one of the most convenient ways to fund your account. It can be as easy as online fund transfer, to Over-the-counter Bank or bills payment deposit. You can even fund your account via Gcash, SM and Robinson's Department Stores, or even at Cebuana Lhuiller.

  1. Login to your client portal by following this link.

  1. Go to Payments found on the left side of the screen; Kindly see screenshot for reference.  

  1. Choose the Account/MT4 ID you wish to fund then click the "Proceed" button. 
     
     

  1. Then choose DragonPay as your funding option; 
     
     

  1. Type in the amount you wish to deposit and hit "NEXT" when completed. 
     
     
     

  1. You will be redirected to the DragonPay Page after you click the "Proceed" button 
     
     

  1. Click Pay now after reviewing the summary page 
     
     

  1. Choose from the drop-down menu, your preferred method. Make sure that the tick box for the terms and conditions is ticked. Please see screenshot for reference. 
     
     
     

  1. Proceed to the next page and make sure you click on the " view the instruction online" hyperlink to open the instructions. 
     
     

  1. the next page shall give you the detailed instruction for your funding/deposit 
     
     

  1. Please note that each "Pending" transaction has an expiration. Kindly check the Deadline date/time

Dragon Pay Maximum Deposit


Clients can now deposit for a maximum of PHP 500,000 in 1 single transaction. Please take note that regardless if the limit is set to PHP 500,000 on online banking channels, it still depends on the client’s online banking account set up. They need to enroll the beneficiary on their account for them to be able to transfer bigger amounts.

DragonPay - GCash and PayMaya Limit


The maximum deposit limit for online and offline banking transactions has increased to PHP 500,000, while GCash transactions have a limit of PHP 50,000 per transaction. However, verified GCash users can make up to PHP 100,000 deposit per day.

Dragon Pay - IP Restricted

Dragonpay is IP restricted, and it requires Philippine IP. You may suggest the client to use VPN to simulate Philippine IP. 


Dragon Pay Withdrawal

 Clients from the Philippines will now be able to withdraw through Dragonpay as well as use it for funding their trading accounts. Clients will need to choose their bank, specify their bank account number etc. The request will then need to be approved by our finance team. Once approved, the withdrawal should be processed within 4-16 hours (depending on the time when approved by our team). The minimum withdrawal amount is 2500 PHP and the maximum is 130,000 PHP.
