The old DOKU pay channel that was offered by our PSP is back online but through a new name. This is now just a bank transfer method for Indonesian clients called VaPay.
Below is an image of how this appears for Indonesian clients in their portal as well as a guide for clients to use to fund. Please take note that the client will need to ensure the amount that they deposited is the same as the amount they fund.
This is a funding only solution for the time being.
Use the Skype group called IDR VA for any funding related issues that you need to escalate to the team.
USER GUIDE :
How to make a deposit using IDR VA (previously called Dokupay)
1. Generate transaction from the merchant website. Click “PAY NOW”
2. A screen pops up with reminders, details, and instructions on how to process the payment thru their online banking account.
3. Trader transfers the amount indicated to the nominated bank account. Please make sure that the amount that was transferred matches with the amount generated on the website.
4. Trader to upload the payment slip, click on “UPLOAD FILE” and then clicks on the “I PAID” button once payment has been made.
5. Client will land on processing page.
6. Once the call back is received from the channel, the screen will show a counter, and then redirect to merchant’s page.
