“The decision to accept clients from any countries outside of this list we provided to them, under our ASIC license was made due to legal advice provided to us by our private compliance team. As this has come from our compliance team, we cannot make exceptions to this and if the client wishes to trade with Fusion from their county, we will need their application to be through our VFSC licence.
We want to assure them that clients from both licences are handled by the same support and with the same processes and understanding.”
