There are instances that the client didn’t use the link of their referrer and just put the name. In this instance, we have to link their account to cell expert.  

 
 

  • Go to cell expert and search for the referrer’s name or the CXD that present at the client’s account on the internal hub. By clicking “Affiliates” then “Manage Affiliates.” 

 


  • If stated, for example, “Ferdie”, then check for his code in CX, then change the CXD of the client in the hub with the IB's code by clicking “Edit”, scroll down and add it in the CXD box. For example 38242_0. 


  • Then, get the unique code of the client in the URL so you can search their account in CX.  

  

  • Then go to the “Reports” tab in Cellexpert, where you can find the man liked icon, then click it and enter the URL that you’ve copied from the internal hub. 


 


  

  • Click "run "report" to get the client’s details.  

  • Click the user ID link of the client click the “Move” link enter the CXD and click “Move User” to update the account of the client. , 

 

  

Note:  tick the "rev-share enable" for IB accounts only 

  

 

Lastly, check on the PCS (Product Cheat Sheet) "partners" tab to see if there's a special group code for this client.



Note: if there is, please make sure to follow the instructions and place the client's group to it's designated group code using the MT4/MT5 manager or cBroker.
