Please check if auto trading is enabled on your account. You can access the auto trading icon at the top left of your MT4 platform. Ensure that the icon is set to green. 

 
 

Make sure that the EA settings have live trading enabled. 

 

If the EA issue still persists, please send us your both journal sets. You can access these from  File>Open Data Folder>MQL4>Logs and also from File>Open Data Folder>logs. Please send us both these trade logs as we will be able to investigate this issue in depth with this information.
